We use secure payment systems so your order and payment is safe and guaranteed. You may pay by credit card by using Paypal. Our shopping cart is hosted by EKM Cart which is Verisign secured.
Cheque/Postal Orders - These types of payments are only accepted from UK only. Please make the cheque payable to: Mr P Holland and include a print out/instructions of the items you need from the shopping cart.
We can accept IBAN bank transfers from Anywhere in the world if you would like to use this type of payment please contact us.
Payment must be made within 7 days of purchase, all items will not be dispatched until full payment is received
When you order and pay for any stock from us you will be sent a confirmation letter of your order. After your order has been dispatched we will inform you of the tracking number and likely delivery date.

Please bear this in mind before ordering.

Next Day 1pm: This service is only available for UK residents. The cut off time for placing an order for "NEXT DAY 1pm" is 11am on the day of placing your order.

Postage Times: We post from Monday to Friday. All post is sent out the next working day after an order is placed unless we have confirmed by email. No post at the weekends. If you order on a Friday your order will be processed and posted on the following Monday.
FOR ALL BUYERS: STANDARD POST- No tracking number, No insurance / TRACKED POST - includes tracking number & insurance. PLEASE NOTE: with STANDARD post it can take up to 25 working days to receive your parcel. This is the timeframe set by Royal Mail before we can make a claim for any missing items. No claim or refund can be given until this timeframe has passed. PLEASE CHECK AND MAKE SURE YOUR POSTAL ADDRESS IS CORRECT WE DO NOT TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY IF YOUR ADDRESS IS WRONG.

Returns:
All our stock is sold as is, we try to describe our items to the best of our ability. However, if you are not completely satisfied and you have a genuine complaint we will gladly give you a full refund (not including postage our postal costs). Please return all goods in original packing and as you have received them. Returned goods can only be credited if returned in perfect condition, within 14 days of being received. Goods that have been returned for credit that have been correctly supplied and described will be subject to a 15% handling charge.
