Payment 
WHOLESALE: To buy; simply select the quantity and use the button. You may alter the amounts in the shopping cart also. We have a minimum order value of £50 this is to ensure we keep our wholesale customers happy and that we can offer the lowest possible prices. No order will be sent until full payment is received.
RETAIL: A lot of our products are available at retail prices (please see individual listings for prices). THERE IS NO RETAIL MINIMUM ORDER. All these items will be sent by UK Royal Mail from our retail department in Derbyshire, England.

We use secure payment systems so your order and payment is safe and guaranteed. You may pay by credit card using Paypal or Google checkout. Our shopping cart is hosted by Roman Cart which is Verisign secured.
You may also pay for your goods by Personal Cheque (must allow cheque to clear), Postal Orders, Weston Union and IBAN international bank transfer.
Please make Cheques and Postal Orders payable to: Mr. P Holland (not timebymail) and send to our UK address.
Payment must be made within 7 days of purchase, all items will not be dispatched until full payment is received
When you order and pay for any stock from us you will be sent a confirmation letter of your order. After your order has been dispatched we will inform you of the tracking number and likely delivery date.

RETAIL Postage: All prices include postage to anywhere in the world. If you require insured post please email us for a quote. Items are sent directly from our Retail Dept. in Derbyshire England by 1st class Royal Mail Post.
WHOLESALE: All items in stock will be sent directly from our factory outlet in Thailand. See below chart for costs. If we are out of stock in Thailand we will send your goods directly from our shop in the United Kingdom at no extra charge. We use Thai Post for cheaper delivery costs, EMS to deliver all our goods up to 15KG and UPS from 2KG to 25KG. Delivery usually takes between 5-7 working days. You can select which postage option (Thai Post, EMS or UPS) in the shopping cart when you order. We advise you to pay the extra when possible to use EMS and UPS as both services cover the item(s) with insurance and offer tracking on shipments.
Standard Post: 1st Class Thai Mail Registered Post, needs to be signed for when delivered. Is NOT insured and has NO tracking number. Takes up to 14 days for delivery.
Recorded Post: 1st Class EMS (Express Mail Service) Recorded Delivery, needs to be signed for when delivered. Comes with insurance and tracking number. 3 to 5 days delivery. Recommended for small parcels which are urgent.
UPS Post: Express Recorded Delivery, needs to be signed for when delivered. Comes with insurance and tracking number. 25KG Super Saver Box is usually delivered within 4 days (UK needs a Pseudo VAT number).
We calculate shipping costs per item weight, this is automatically added to the shopping cart. The minimum charge is 100 grams. We do not make any money on shipping fees, the prices quoted are what we are charged by Thai Post, EMS and UPS.

Returns
All our stock is sold as is, we try to describe our items to the best of our ability. However, if you are not completely satisfied and you have a genuine complaint we will gladly give you a full refund (not including postage). Please return all goods in original packing and as you have received them. Returned goods can only be credited if returned in perfect condition, within 14 days of the invoice date. Goods that have been returned for credit that have been correctly supplied and described will be subject to a 15% handling charge.
You can purchase single items from across our range of products as long as your total order reaches £50 This is to protect our wholesale customers who retail our products.
