This NEW OLD STOCK replacement Dial Ring Insert is designed for the Seiko 2118 0380 range. It measures 19.5mm in diameter. The Ring is an original new old stock Seiko part and comes in its original packet. This ring was specially made to fit this model and is indeed a very rare piece. I bought these from a retired watchmaker and I only have a few, I'm not sure if I'll be able to get more.
