Cartier Santos 100 Watch Screw PIns
Hi there., just a short email to thank you for my recent purchase from you.
I have been trying for a few months now to get replacement screws for my Cartier Santos 100. On three previous occasions I have been sent incorrect screws from other companies, despite my best efforts to qualify whether the screws would fit prior to purchase. My watch has sat in its box as a result.
I received my order this morning & the screws fit perfectly, so much so, I'm now going to buy another set to keep as spares.
Thank you, it's very nice to be able to wear my Santos again.

I had an accident with my Rotary watch last Friday, smashing the glass. I ordered a replacement from you over the weekend, and it arrived yesterday. I fitted it soon after I received it, and my favourite watch is now as good as new.

Just wanted to let you know that I received the watch crystal for my hubby's armani watch yesterday. My being a "will try my hand at anything, if it don't work then at least I tried" kinda girl I got straight to replacing the glass on hubby's watch. I learned how to remove the pin etc and boy was the old glass a bugger to get out, I had bought all the relevant tools and gadgets for just under a tenner (already had some) Anyway I'm babbling on (already l ways get wronged for that haha) I finally got the old glass out and cleaned everything properly with a cotton but and alcohol and fitted the new crystal which I bought form you guys. I set it in with some proper glue and made sure it being a waterproof watch that it was all sealed. It was and I can honestly say I done a bloody good job! It looked brand new again! Sooooo I just wanted to send you a pic of the watch before and after and thankyou ever so much for getting it to me asap. I will go leave you good feedback and if you want to use this message as a testament of the quality of both the watch crystal AND the excellent customer service then please do! Thanks again guys!
